Acuity Brands to acquire Distech Controls

Summary

Distech Controls, a building automation and energy management solutions supplier, announced an agreement to be acquired by lighting controls maker Acuity Brands. Distech will continue to operate as a separate entity under existing leadership from its Brossard, Quebec headquarters.
