Deschenes Group to acquire Mueller Flow Control / Anvil Canadian distribution

Summary

Deschenes Group signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the Mueller Flow Control division of Mueller Canada from Anvil International (a Mueller Water Products subsidiary), a wholesale distributor of pipe, valves, HVAC, and fire protection products.
