Summary

Following a strategic combination with longtime affiliate Insight Partners, Hobbs acquired multiple HVAC manufacturers' representative and engineering companies including Bay Associates Group, Jobe Industrial, C.G. Wood, Energy Transfer Solutions, The Kirkman Oliver Company, Klima New Jersey, Klima New York, Engineered Building Systems, and Etairos HVAC.
