Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems (MEHITS) has acquired all shares of Dutch HVAC companies APAC Group and COMPAC. The combined entities have an annual turnover of approximately €22m and will serve as a hub for MEHITS' applied business in the Netherlands.
