Dantherm HVAC sold to Procuritas Capital Investors V

Summary

Dantherm has sold its HVAC business and the EMEA part of its telecom business to private equity fund Procuritas Capital Investors V for DKK164m (€22m). The sale was forced by credit institutions to reduce debt. The acquisition will be made through a newly established Danish holding company.
