Systemair acquires ventilation business of Pacific HVAC Engineering

Sweden's Systemair AB acquired the ventilation part of Australian company Pacific HVAC Engineering, a Melbourne-based distributor and fan manufacturer (~AUD 20M turnover, 60 employees), to be renamed Pacific Ventilation. The deal gives Systemair a market position across Australia and New Zealand.
