1347 Capital Corp. Completes Business Combination with Limbach Holdings

On July 20, 2016, 1347 Capital Corp. consummated its previously announced business combination with Limbach Holdings LLC, with Limbach surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary. 1347 Capital changed its name to Limbach Holdings, Inc. upon closing.
