AAON acquires BasX Solutions

AAON Inc. completed the acquisition of 100% of BasX Solutions for an upfront $100 million plus up to $80 million in equity earn-outs and $22 million in related real estate, gaining a platform in the data center and cleanroom HVAC markets.
