AAON completes $100M+ acquisition of BasX Solutions

HVAC equipment manufacturer AAON closed its acquisition of 100% of BasX, LLC (BasX Solutions) on Dec 10, 2021, funded via cash, revolver borrowings and equity, with a $100M upfront payment plus up to $80M in earn-outs and a separate $22M real estate purchase.
