PE firm AE Industrial Partners acquired Enercon Services, an engineering and environmental services firm serving energy and industrial markets. The deal is AEI's 11th platform investment in its $1.36B Fund II. Terms were not disclosed; Kirkland & Ellis advised legally and Ernst & Young financially.
