Ameresco acquires UK energy services provider Energyexcel

Ameresco acquired the energy consultancy and project management business of UK independent energy services provider Energyexcel LLP, expanding its UK presence following its June 2013 purchase of Energy Services Partnership. Terms were not disclosed.
