Amit Gupta carves AeroSeal out of Carrier and reboots it as an independent company (2010)

AeroSeal's duct-sealing technology was acquired by Carrier in 2001 from inventor Dr. Mark Modera. Amit Gupta later took the company out of Carrier, restructured the underlying business arrangements, and restarted it as an independent company in September 2010.
