Design and consultancy firm Arcadis acquired DPS, an engineering and construction management firm for life sciences and semiconductor facilities, adding 2,850 staff. Announced Oct. 5, following its IBI Group purchase. Engineering-firm consolidation, not a home-service roll-up.
