ARI and GAMA Merger Approved to Form AHRI

The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) and the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA) received member approval to merge. The combined entity will be named the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), effective January 1, 2008, representing 370 HVACR manufacturers.
