ASHRAE and IAQA announce merger

Trade associations ASHRAE and the Indoor Air Quality Association agreed in principle to merge, with IAQA becoming part of ASHRAE while maintaining its own brand and board. This is a non-profit association merger, not a PE/commercial M&A deal.
