Astar Heating & Air Acquires Residential Assets of Petcosky & Sons

Astar Heating & Air, LLC, backed by Dubin Clark, has acquired the residential HVAC, plumbing, and related assets of Petcosky & Sons Plumbing, Heating & A/C, Inc. This is Astar's second acquisition since partnering with Dubin Clark, following the acquisition of Auchinachie HVAC & Plumbing in October 2019. The deal carves out the residential portion, leaving the commercial business with the Petcosky family.
