Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Sykes Group Pty Ltd, an Australian manufacturer of dewatering pumps, from Seven Group Holdings Ltd. The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2023 and Sykes will become part of the Power and Flow Division within Atlas Copco's Power Technique Business Area.
