Bacharach acquires Neutronics Inc.

Bacharach Inc., a provider of HVACR gas instrumentation, acquired Neutronics Inc., a provider of refrigerant and gas analyzers serving automotive and commercial HVAC markets. Neutronics will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. Financial terms were not disclosed.
