Beijer Ref completes CMA-cleared acquisition of UK wholesaler HRP

Beijer Ref's acquisition of UK refrigeration/AC wholesaler HRP, first announced in November and investigated by the UK CMA, was cleared, making Beijer Ref the largest UK wholesaler of refrigeration components and air conditioning products by revenue. Beijer Ref already owned UK wholesalers Dean & Wood and RW.
