Blue Wolf Capital Partners to acquire Standex Air Distribution Products Group

New York-based private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital Partners, through Blue Wolf Capital Fund II, agreed to acquire Standex International's Air Distribution Products Group, a maker of galvanized steel duct products for residential and light commercial buildings. Existing management is reinvesting alongside Blue Wolf. Terms were not disclosed.
