Blue Wolf to Acquire Standex Air Distribution Products

Blue Wolf Capital Partners announced an agreement to acquire the Air Distribution Products Group (SADP) from Standex International Corp. SADP designs and manufactures galvanized steel duct products for residential and light commercial buildings. The existing management team will remain and co-invest alongside Blue Wolf.
