Bosch acquires Johnson Controls and Hitachi HVAC businesses

Bosch Group has completed the acquisition of the global residential and light commercial HVAC solutions business from Johnson Controls, including the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning (JCH) joint venture. This is described as the largest transaction in Bosch's history.
