Bosch Completes $8 Billion Acquisition of Johnson Controls HVAC Business
Robert Bosch GmbH has completed the acquisition of the global residential and light commercial HVAC solutions business from Johnson Controls for $8 billion. The transaction also includes the full acquisition of the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning (JCH) joint venture, including Hitachi's stake.

As part of this transaction, Bosch also acquired 100 percent of the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning (JCH) joint venture, including Hitachi’s 40 percent stake.
