Bosch completes $8B acquisition of Johnson Controls residential & light commercial HVAC business and JC-Hitachi JV

Bosch completed the largest acquisition in its history, buying the residential and light commercial HVAC business from Johnson Controls plus the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning joint venture for $8 billion, nearly doubling its Home Comfort division.
