Bowman Consulting signs LOI to acquire MEP engineering firm KTA (largest acquisition to date)

Bowman Consulting Group signed a letter of intent to acquire KTA, an engineering firm with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and commissioning expertise. Bowman called it its largest acquisition to date and the launch of an intentional M&A growth initiative; the deal is structured as an asset purchase expected to close in early January.
