Braun Intertec acquires Anderson Kelsey Group

Braun Intertec, an employee-owned engineering, consulting, and testing firm, acquired Minnesota-based environmental consulting firm Anderson Kelsey Group, expanding its permitting and compliance practice. The deal became effective in October. This is an environmental/engineering consulting acquisition, not a home-services trade roll-up.
