Burton Plumbing Services, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Holland Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Mr. Holland's Electric, Inc. (collectively “Mr. Holland's”), a provider of residential HVAC, electrical, and duct cleaning services in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area. The add-on expands Burton's geographic reach into southeastern Wisconsin.
