CAREL acquires full stake in Klingenburg heat-exchanger companies

CAREL acquired an entire stake in Klingenburg GmbH and Klingenburg International, European producers of heat-recovery exchangers, advancing its M&A-driven growth strategy in air handling units following its Recuperator (2018) and Enginia (2021) acquisitions.
