Carlisle Hardcast LLC, a subsidiary of Carlisle Construction Materials, acquired the assets of Gripnail Corporation. The acquired business becomes part of Carlisle Hardcast within Carlisle Companies. This is a strategic manufacturer add-on, not a PE roll-up.
