Carrier completes acquisition of Nlyte Software (DCIM)

Carrier Global Corporation completed its acquisition of Nlyte Software, a data center infrastructure management software leader, which becomes part of Automated Logic Corporation within Carrier's HVAC segment. Terms were not disclosed.
