Carrier Completes Acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions

Carrier Global Corporation completed its previously announced acquisition of the climate solutions business (VCS Business) of Viessmann Group GmbH & Co. KG on January 2, 2024. The purchase price consisted of EUR 10.2 billion in cash and 58,608,959 shares of Carrier common stock.
