Carrier completes acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions

Carrier officially closed its acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions from the Viessmann Group as of Jan. 2, after the deal was first leaked in April. Viessmann will keep operating under its brand and become a significant shareholder of Carrier.
