Carrier Completes Sale of Beijer Ref Stake to EQT

Carrier Global Corporation, through its subsidiary Carrier Refrigeration ECR Holding Luxembourg S.à.r.l., completed the previously announced sale of all outstanding shares of Beijer Ref AB to Breeze TopCo S.à r.l., a subsidiary of a fund managed by EQT. The transaction generated proceeds of approximately $1.1 billion.
