Carrier Enters Commercialization Agreement with Montana Technologies for AirJoule HVAC Technology

Carrier and Legacy Montana entered into a binding term sheet for commercial collaboration to develop and commercialize AirJoule dehumidification and cooling technology. Carrier received exclusive rights in the Americas for three years and non-exclusive rights in Europe, India, and the Middle East. Carrier also committed $10 million in growth equity.
