Caverion Denmark acquires GK Denmark's service business

Competition authorities have approved the acquisition of GK Denmark's service business, including Vagns VVS and nearly 200 employees, by Caverion Denmark. The transfer is effective May 1st as part of GK's exit from the Danish market.
