CD&R to Acquire Majority Stake in Tyco's Electrical and Metal Products Business
Tyco International Ltd. entered into an Investment Agreement with CD&R Allied Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, to sell a 51% majority interest in its Electrical and Metal Products business for $306 million. The business will be held by a newly-formed entity, Atkore International Group Inc.
