CHA Consulting acquires D'Huy Engineering, first deal with H.I.G. Capital backing

CHA Consulting Inc. acquired Pennsylvania-based engineering and project management firm D'Huy Engineering (DEI), which provides HVAC, electrical, and plumbing engineering among other services. This was CHA's third Pennsylvania acquisition in 12 months and its first in partnership with H.I.G. Capital.
