Chesapeake Utilities Corp. acquired the operating assets of Austin Cox Home Services, a Maryland-based HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor, which becomes a subsidiary supporting the utility's natural gas conversion strategy on the Delmarva Peninsula.
