Clearent acquires FSM software Wintac for FieldEdge

Payment-solutions provider Clearent acquired field-service-management software Wintac from Davisware, folding it into its FieldEdge subsidiary serving HVAC, plumbing and electrical residential contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
