CLEAResult, an energy efficiency program firm, announced the acquisition of Populus LLC, a Boulder-based provider of energy advisor programs. The deal aims to expand CLEAResult's residential offerings and bring next-generation energy efficiency solutions to clients. Terms were not disclosed.
