Comfort Systems USA acquires ShoffnerKalthoff family of companies

Comfort Systems USA, a publicly traded commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC services provider, acquired the Knoxville-based ShoffnerKalthoff family of mechanical and electrical contracting companies, expected to contribute ~$70 million in annualized revenue and strengthen its Southeast and Mid-Atlantic presence.
