Comfort Systems USA announced it will acquire the Knoxville-based Shoffner Kalthoff family of HVAC/mechanical and electrical contracting companies, expected to add ~$70 million in annual revenue, strengthening its Southeast and Mid-Atlantic presence. Terms were not disclosed.
