ConnectM Acquires Green Energy Gains Inc.

ConnectM Technology Solutions completed the acquisition of Green Energy Gains Inc., a Massachusetts Home Performance Contractor, in an all-stock transaction on October 9, 2024. This is ConnectM's second acquisition since its public listing in July 2024 and advances its M&A strategy in the electrification economy.
