CSW Industrials Closes $650M Acquisition of MARS Parts

CSW Industrials, through its subsidiary RectorSeal, completed the acquisition of Dusk Acquisition Corporation and its subsidiaries Motors & Armatures and HVAC South (collectively MARS Parts) for a base purchase price of $650 million in cash, with an additional earn-out of up to $20 million. The deal was previously announced on October 1, 2025, and closed on November 4, 2025.
