CSW Industrials to Acquire Aspen Manufacturing for $313.5 Million

CSW Industrials, through its subsidiary RectorSeal, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aspen Manufacturing, LLC. The all-cash transaction is valued at a base purchase price of $313.5 million, subject to customary adjustments. Aspen will become a wholly owned subsidiary of RectorSeal upon completion of the merger.
