Daikin to acquire commercial refrigeration maker AHT from private equity owner Bridgepoint for EUR 881M

Daikin, via Daikin Europe N.V., agreed to acquire all shares of AHT Group, a leading European commercial refrigeration showcase manufacturer, from its private equity shareholder Bridgepoint for 881 million euros. Completion was planned for January 2019.
