Daikin to acquire Italian hydraulics maker Duplomatic from PE firm Alcedo Sgr for 220M euros

Daikin Industries concluded a share purchase agreement to acquire Italian hydraulic equipment manufacturer Duplomatic MS S.p.A for 220 million euros, obtaining all shares from Italian private equity firm Alcedo Sgr S.p.A. and management, with completion scheduled for June 2022.
