Daikin to acquire O.Y.L. Industries (owner of McQuay International)

Daikin AC (Americas) announced its parent Daikin Industries will acquire Malaysia-based O.Y.L. Industries Bhd, which owns U.S. chiller maker McQuay International, to expand into the North American applied HVAC market. O.Y.L. would become a consolidated subsidiary of Daikin.
