Dais Analytic grants exclusive HVAC license to MG Energy

Dais Analytic Corporation (Licensor) granted MG Energy LLC (Licensee) an exclusive license to manufacture, sell, and distribute energy recovery ventilators and related products using Dais's intellectual property in North and South America. The deal includes a $2 million license payment and ongoing royalties.

“LICENSOR hereby grants to LICENSEE, upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to the extent that it lawfully may, the exclusive license and right for the term of this Agreement, to manufacture, sell, lease and distribute Product, and to use the Intellectual Property in connection therewith, in the Field and Territory subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “License”).”
