Delta Electronics acquires majority stake in Loy Tec and Innocontrol

Delta Electronics' Singapore subsidiary acquired an initial 85% shareholding in building-automation companies Loy Tec electronics GmbH and Innocontrol electronics GmbH, with plans to acquire the remaining 15% later.
